Erin Couture is a Registered Massage Therapist who has been practising since graduating from Lambton College in 2018. Her approach extends beyond treating muscles alone. She considers how the muscular, fascial and nervous systems work together to influence pain, tension, movement and recovery.

Erin works gradually through the layers of tissue, using purposeful pressure while respecting the body’s protective responses. The goal is to access deeper structures without overwhelming the nervous system or causing the body to tense and guard. By helping the body remain in a calmer, parasympathetic—or “rest and restore”—state, treatment can be both deep and effective without relying on unnecessary force.

Her treatments are individualized and may incorporate deep-pressure massage, cupping therapy, instrument-assisted soft-tissue techniques, kinesiology taping and Level 1 CranioSacral Therapy. Each appointment is adapted to the client’s needs, comfort level and goals.
